The traditional Hung Leng Kuen annual holiday usually takes place during the Easter Holiday period at a holiday resort somewhere on the UK's South Coast.

For the nominal price of a shared chalet for a week, or as much of the week that you can attend, students receive free lessons each morning from Sijo and / or the Senior Instructors.

The annual holiday is a good chance for students from all clubs to meet and socialise with one another. After each morning's training session, you have the option to spend the day under your own steam or attend some fun events usually organised by the Southampton University committee, such as go-karting, paintballing, etc.

The evenings are also very sociable and invariably revolve around bars, pool tables and karaoke microphones. On quiet nights, cordial evening meals indoors take place.
